2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any Service on gms365. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. gms365 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where required.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. gms365 primarily serves players based in Indonesia. You must not access or use the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or where gms365 has determined it cannot offer Services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of legal guardianship, conservatorship, or are subject to a court order restricting your financial activities, you are not eligible to register.
Important: gms365 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to be underage will have all funds forfeited without exception.
2.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one active account on gms365. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of gms365 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. gms365 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
3.4 KYC Verification. gms365 is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant platform and is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit:

3.5 Account Suspension During Verification. gms365 reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality — including the processing of withdrawals — while identity verification is pending. 4.1 Currency. All transactions on gms365 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gms365 does not charge currency conversion fees. The amount credited to your account will match the amount received from your bank or payment provider.
4.2 Deposit Methods. gms365 supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian players:
Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000. Maximum deposit: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction (higher limits may be available for verified VIP players). Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. Any delay beyond 15 minutes should be reported to support immediately.
4.3 Deposit Source Verification. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from an account not registered in your legal name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. You may not use funds obtained through illegal means, and gms365 reserves the right to request proof of deposit source at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Players may submit withdrawal requests for any portion of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day. Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) typically arrive within 15-30 minutes after approval. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly upon approval.
4.6 Fees. gms365 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge receiving fees — these are beyond the control of gms365.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Notice: gms365 operates a strict AML policy. All players must wager a minimum of 1× their total deposit amount before a withdrawal may be processed. Unusual deposit and immediate withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced verification procedures, including source-of-funds documentation requests.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses offered on gms365 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all stated requirements.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30× the bonus amount). This means you must place wagers totaling thirty times the bonus value before the bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — may be converted to real-money funds and withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements:
5.3 Bonus Forfeiture. You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting support. Forfeiting a bonus will remove all bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds from your account. Your remaining real-money balance will be unaffected.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. gms365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings if we determine that the bonus has been obtained or used in a fraudulent or abusive manner. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
5.5 Maximum Bet Limit. While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per round/spin/hand is Rp 25.000. Any wager exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.6 Expiry. Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements expire after 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused or partially completed bonuses will be removed from your account upon expiry.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on gms365 are subject to acceptance by the platform. gms365 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets are not considered accepted until they appear in your bet history with a confirmed status.
6.2 Sports Betting. For sports betting markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), basketball, and MotoGP — settlement is based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport. 6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and other live dealer products — are provided by internationally licensed third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). Game outcomes are determined by the studio and are final. Any technical issues (stream interruption, dealer error) are resolved according to the studio's official game rules.
6.4 Slot Games & RNG Products. All slot machines and Random Number Generator (RNG) games operate under independently audited algorithms. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game's information page and reflect long-term statistical expectations, not guaranteed outcomes on individual sessions.
6.5 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) betting on gms365 is based on official draw results published by authorized lottery operators. 6.6 Sabung Ayam (Cockfighting) Betting. Sabung ayam markets offer live-streamed traditional cockfighting events with Meron (favored) and Wala (underdog) betting options. Event outcomes are determined by the official match referee. Where a match is declared a draw or canceled before completion, specific market rules apply (documented in our Sabung Ayam Betting Rules).
6.7 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

7.1 Commitment. gms365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gambling behavior. 7.4 Time-Out Feature. Players may take a short break from the platform by activating a time-out period (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days). During a time-out, your account will be temporarily inaccessible but will automatically reactivate at the end of the period.

8.1 Ownership. 9.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gms365's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. gms365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
10.1 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any pending wagering requirements or bonus-related restrictions) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days.
10.2 Termination by gms365. gms365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine — in our sole discretion — that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other players. Upon termination for cause, any balances may be forfeited.
10.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 10.000 deducted from the account balance. Accounts with zero balance for 24 consecutive months may be permanently closed.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gms365 holds its primary gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against gms365.
12.1 Right to Amend. gms365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or an on-platform notification banner.
12.2 Effective Date. Amendments to these Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
